We work with top ski & snowboard resorts to book and manage everything from hotel rooms to ski passes, transportation and more. We then put it all together and provide you with an easy-to-use booking link. You can share this link with your group, and participants can sign themselves up and pay directly online.

GROUP ORGANIZER BENEFITS

Whether it be family, friends, a university club, or a corporate retreat, we want to work with you in creating the perfect package for your group. As the main person in charge of getting everyone together and working with Destination Snow, we offer some amazing group-organizer benefits.

· For every 20 paid passengers (21st, 42nd), receive cash back the equivalent of one ski trip (based on quad occupancy) OR you can roll over this credit to next year and receive an extra 10%

· Invitation to VIP Ski Trips:

  • If you get your group signed up and paid in full with confirmed numbers by October 31, 2023 you qualify to join this year’s VIP trip from December 8-10, 2023. If you book 20-49 guests you will receive 50% off. If you book 50+ guests you will receive a FREE trip (based on twin share)
  • If your group is confirmed after October 31, 2023, you qualify to join next year’s VIP trip which will take place either at the end of November or beginning of December, 2024 (exact date TBD). If you book 20-49 guests you will receive 50% off. If you book 50+ guests you will receive a FREE trip (based on twin share)

· Receive a $250 Destination Snow bonus credit if you get 50+ passengers booked

In order to qualify for the group organizer incentives you must do the following:

  • Be the main group organizer, collect and communicate all required information and coordinate the deposit payments
  • Submit all payments and rooming lists by the due dates (if applicable) or monitor booking progress through the Destination Snow booking system
  • Promote the tour with the intent of getting maximum participation
