Benefits for Group Ski & Snowboard Trip Organizers
Group organizers of groups with 10+ receive the following:
- When you organize a group of 10+ save $25 per person
- When you organize a group of 10+ you will receive 1 free ski package for every 20 paid (21st, 42nd, free). For groups of 10-20 we pro-rate your package (for example if you have 15 paid people & you are the 16th person, you would receive your package for 75% off the regular price)
- Receive a free DS travel duffle bag when you reach 20+ paid
- Receive a free set of ski or board and bindings when you reach 50+ paid (you have choice of ski/board or duffle bag, but not both)
- Earn 2% of your total pre-tax sales off next year’s ski trip invoice (example: $10,000 in sales = $200 in DS gift certificates)
- A free preview ski weekend to check us out & bring a guest for a reduced price: Big White, Dec. 2-4, 2011 (guest rate is $249 + HST)

- We take care of all the details for you so that you can relax and enjoy your ski trip
- We also provide custom flyers, sign-up sheets, itineraries, rooming lists, posters, etc., to ensure a successful and well organized ski trip!
In the case of more than one organizer in an organization we will offer one set of the above benefits and they can be shared however the organizers choose

In order to qualify for the group organizer incentives you must do the following:
- Be the main group organizer, collect and coordinate all the payments
- Properly complete the information we require on the forms we provide
- Submit to us all payments and rooming lists within 7 days of due date
- Have a group of 10 or more
